    I find it hilarious that as a human race; we give reptiles full-spectrum sunlight bulbs (UVA, UVB, visible, and infrared) that live indoors. While for humans we settle for artificial light with isolated blue peaks. Energy-saving for the power bill, energy-depleting for us.

    You can drink all the bone broth, use red light therapy, take supplements, work out every day, and absorb all the information from books and podcasts, but if your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight and past traumas are left unresolved, your body will stay out of balance.

    It's crazy re-watching old TV series and realizing how much programming there is. Take Friends for example: normalizes casual sex, cheating, multiple marriages, constant breakups, emasculated men, and neurotic women. A "wholesome" 90's show. You laugh along, but it rewires you.
