You can make $100,000 in 6 weeks by hanging Christmas Lights (with no money down)... I've been running a professional Christmas Light Installation company for the last 4 years. Last year we did $500,000 in revenue in only 12 weeks. Here's how you can do it:

For your first year, you should start off with the most basic residential installs. These are easy and a great way to get your feet wet. Start by offering: -roof lines -bushes -trees -wreaths

The benefit of this model over the buy model is that year 1 the customers pay for the lights plus you make a little bit of profit. Year 2, however, the price stays the same, but the material is already paid for. Meaning, you only have to pay for the labor at this point

I’m looking for 1 person that wants to start a Christmas Light business this year. I’ve given the playbook, but want to work individually with someone to prove that it’s all possible. Weekly calls to coach you on everything you’ll need to do $100k this winter Any takers?

    1) THE BUSINESS MODEL You will provide all these items on a lease model. The lease model means that you provide an All-Inclusive service to the customer. You will buy, install, maintain, takedown, and store the lights for the customer.

Now none of that probably made sense to you, but if you need help let me know. It's important to note, these are all professional grade lights and cannot be purchased at Home Depot. DM me for a list of suppliers. The best part is all this can be purchased with no money down!!

    4) SOFTWARE I would invest in a cheap CRM to help organize your estimates, work orders, and invoices. I use Housecall Pro, but Jobber and Markate are good options too

    7) INSTALLING This is definitely better explained through video but installation can be fairly simple once you get the hang of it. The main thing to mention is that you need to be a professional and install it as such. Straight lines and hidden wires is the goal.
