    .@JoeBiden’s campaign adds another new hire in Georgia: @jaclynroth will be Biden’s comms director in the state. She’s a Sandy Springs native who most recently worked for @BilldeBlasio. She’s also a veteran of Clinton’s 2016 campaign. #gapol
