@GiveSendGo Part of our rationale for allowing fundraising campaigns for people accused of violent crimes is to uphold two core principles: innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, and freedom of speech — which includes the right to support legal defense. (Both biblical

At GiveSendGo, we recently disabled comments on the fundraising campaigns for Karmelo Anthony and Shiloh Hendrix due to the unacceptable volume of racist and derogatory remarks. At the time comments were turned off, both campaigns had raised approximately $500,000 with around

People are mad about our stance to allow Karmelo Anthony family a campaign on GiveSendGo and I get it, it is a horrible situation. There are even calls for a boycott, but because I know a similar scenario will happen again for someone on the "right" and our competitor won't allow

So you are ready to undermine this kids right to a legal defense because you are mad? Got it. That’s how freedoms work for. Rules for me not for thee.

To those claiming it was right for us to allow Kyle Rittenhouse, Daniel Penny, etc a campaign on GiveSendGo even though they were accused of violent crimes, but then say it is not okay for Karmelo another person accused of a violent crime, please explain how you would structure

About time. We sent all his information over to the Biden DOJ/Secret Service and they did nothing with it. Will be reaching out to the prosecution to get charges added for GiveSendGo.

The situation was the same with Daniel Penny. He was accused of murdering an unarmed black man on the subway. He was able to raise 3m on GiveSendGo.

Most definitely can. The guy on the subway hadn’t even laid his hands on anyone and didn’t have a weapon. Along with that Penny was charged with murder just like this kid. So what you’re really suggesting is that we allow campaigns for those accused of violent crimes like Penny
