- Dear Everyone, The reason South Korea has so many cases isn’t that they prevented spread. It’s that they *detected* the spread. They tested hundreds of thousands of people, including asymptomatic + mild cases. That’s HOW you do it. Their death rate (0.6%) is a better estimate
- It Dr. Conley knew the diagnosis Wednesday, and allowed the President to continue his schedule, he should lose his medical license and face any legal consequences.
- I’m an ER doctor and despite trying, I have not yet been able to be vaccinated.I know I looked away from the needle And yes, I know I need a tan But I am so confident that the #Covid19 vaccine is safe & effective that I decided to take it myself
- I saw patients all day today. And I am still not able to be vaccinated. Meanwhile, low-risk members of Congress—some of whom attended rallies without masks and/or told shameful lies about physicians cooking the books on Covid19 for profit—have. Not cool.
- Them: What do you do? Me: I’m an ER doctor! Them: Ooooooh! What’s the craziest thing you ever saw? 😃 Me: Umm, the way our country is mishandling covid-19 by prioritizing politics over science.🤨
- The CDC has not "backtracked on masks." The unvaccinated did not heed the call to stay masked in far too many areas. Now cases and hospitalizations have blown up in those places. The CDC has "responded" to our collective behaviors. Not "backtracked." There, I said it. #science
- ☝️Scientists and medical experts are not ruining Thanksgiving. Ignoring us all is what achieved that.
- Hi @united. When I bought my tickets for me, my wife (who is pregnant), and our unvaccinated 4-year-old, I assumed you would continue to have a mask mandate. Now you cancel it and we will have to board our return flight under your new no mask required policy?! Thanks so much.
- At the age of 6, my mom SELF VOLUNTEERED to be randomized to receive either polio vaccine or placebo. She never found out which she got; everyone was vaccinated later either way. She saved her “Polio Pioneer” button. She wore it today while becoming a Covid-19 pioneer! ❤️❤️❤️
- Let me be clear. If Governor Christie does not *absolutely require* hospitalization, his admission poses unnecessary risks to the Morristown Medical Center staff and is a tremendous waste of PPE and other resources. There is no such thing as precautionary. This is not a game.In consultation with my doctors, I checked myself into Morristown Medical Center this afternoon. While I am feeling good and only have mild symptoms, due to my history of asthma we decided this is an important precautionary measure.
