As a startup founder in 2020 I was under tremendous pressure to ‘publicly support’ BLM to appear anti-racist. I was told that “silence is violence” when I even questioned this pressure.

- I’ve recently learned how revolting it is to some people if I frankly say that I’m foregoing career in near term to have babies and spend time with said babies It’s like I’m breaking a social code with ambitious women by not pretending to put family second 🫣🤯
