We loved Lauren so much and miss her everyday. We hope for change so that other parents don't lose their daughters to violence when they are away at college. Thanks to all who are supporting us and remembering Lauren.

00:00 - Police didn't think Lauren was in danger when she reported to them because she was stoic. Police didn't think #GabbyPetito was in danger because she was crying & her abuser said she was crazy. They were both murdered. We must do better.
- In memory of loved ones who can't be here with us on Christmas. The one is from last Christmas. I thought she looks like an angel.
- These past few days have been a deep, dark valley, but we are hoping for some light. The Lauren McCluskey Memorial Fund will provide scholarships for student-athletes in track and field. This will be an endowed fund and will therefore live forever. giving.utah.edu/lauren-mcclusk…
- I received a call yesterday that I'm promoted to Regents Professor, the highest rank at WSU & limited to only 30 faculty out of 1800. Thanks to my past & current PhD students, my coauthors, & colleagues for their roles in my career and to friends and family for love and support.
