Do I want to speak with your summer coach? Absolutely. But you better believe I'm gonna call your high school coach too. So all the excuses of you and your high school coach not getting along....that won't play.- Just trying to help y'all HS players out. Have some manners when you're out in public...ESPECIALLY as a team or in team gear. You never know who is sitting at the table next to you...or who they know. We don't always wear our school gear out😉
- Uncommitted players, stay patient! You probably have the ability to be committed, but maybe the right coach hasn't seen you! Each program has their own style and we all look for different traits in players. Keep your head up, keep playing hard, and you'll find the right program!
- First Bible Study of the year🙏🏼 I was worried about posting this, but a mentor/former boss of mine told me "the only person you have to worry about judging you is God."
- Our catchers just got a lot better next year🤘🏼 I'm probably not the first, but it was inexpensive, took 2 hours, and is going to make our catchers so much better. Camera mounts on the top and side will allow us to watch our receiving, blocking, and throwing footwork everyday.
- 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐑𝐔𝐈𝐓𝐒: In a world where people care so much about social media..it says a lot about you as a person when you reach out to those recruiting you and inform them you've decided to commit elsewhere before you post. It's the right thing to do and will keep doors open.
- Athletes: We as college coaches don't "get you drafted". YOU do that...we're just here to help you along the way and give you the occasional push. Your development in college is controlled by "YOU", not anyone else. We'll give you the tools, but you have to use them.

- Respect the game at all times. 1) You never know who is watching..Just because they don't have a big logo on their shirt, doesn't mean they don't know guys that do. 2) The game rewards effort, hard work, and integrity..give everything you've got for your teammates and the game.
