- have to add to this that in grad school most of the foreign students brazenly cheated. the ones from very low trust societies would even ask "why are you studying so hard? we have the answer key". Once a prof changed the exam at the last minute. - Replying to @MichaelAArouetPopulation decline isn't a disaster. People aren't widgets. Moving millions from very different backgrounds doesn't preserve the population. It creates a different set of well known problems.
