I sat in chamber for entire Schiff speech. That was a mauling. Trump team thought they were there to debate process and Schiff ambushed them with a full-throated case for impeachment. Republicans were visibly uncomfortable. Sekulow & Cippolone responses were rambling & bombastic

As Schiff hits 2-hour mark, more than a dozen GOP senators have left Senate chamber & are in cloakroom. All Dems, I believe, remain in the chamber. Sen. Bennet gestures w his hand as if to say, what's with that? Rules require senators to be at their desks for entirety of trial.

So we need to educate people: you do need the Postal Service to receive your mail-in or absentee ballot but you do NOT need the Postal Service to deliver, ie vote, that same ballot. Can return to local elections office any time, or an in person early voting location, or drop box

I heard two children -- a 14 year old and a 10 year old -- repeat this talking point this summer that Trump has done more than any other president in history. Of course no one who knows anything about history agrees with this, but the power of repeating simple propaganda is scary

Almost everyone agrees that my Administration has done more in less than two years than any other Administration in the history of our Country. I’m tough as hell on people & if I weren’t, nothing would get done. Also, I question everybody & everything-which is why I got elected!

The Failing @nytimes quotes “a senior White House official,” who doesn’t exist, as saying “even if the meeting were reinstated, holding it on June 12 would be impossible, given the lack of time and the amount of planning needed.” WRONG AGAIN! Use real people, not phony sources.

This is an elected official in America coming very close to encouraging mob violence. I was incredibly disturbed when Trump incited violence at his rallies. This is also very disturbing.
