00:00 - A vast non Hindi speaking population in southern India couldn't understand PM's address to the nation. As we celebrate 75 years of Indian Independence it's important the Govt puts to use a simple tech that would live stream the transcript of PM's speech in regional languages.
- Yet again, many non Hindi speakers like me couldn't understand the Prime Minister's speech during a national crisis. Its a prepared speech. Can't the Govt give real time translation in english & other languages so all can understand? Here is where digital India matters most ?
