- Turners gains came from a few things: - fun in the gym - consistently working out AND improving on lifts & form. - consistent diet, although not always 100% clean lean stuff, enough healthy & nutritious foods to support muscle gain - hard f*ng work. Proud of you @TTfue 💪
- Big up @Thiefs. Going from 315 to 246 (so far) No “secrets”, no weird meal timing, no “I can’t have carbs”, just COUNTING CALORIES & working out. “Slow” progress but GOOD progress. On our way to 225 next brother, so proud of you❤️👏
