The NPCC DEI has agreed that trans identified men with a GRC should be able to search female detainees. So a man with a bit of paper, that cost a fiver, can strip-search a woman, with state backing. It’s hard to express just how repugnant this is.

The NHS worker was in the female-only changing room alone late at night when the TW started to undress in front of her. She informed him she felt intimidated & embarrassed. He stated he had as much right to be in the changing room. thetimes.com/article/852a3b…

Jane R objected to Naomi Cunningham’s language, insisting “Dr Upton is not a man” & she was “very concerned about the latitude being given to Ms Cunningham to be so offensive”. In other words, objecting to the issue the case hinges on: that Upton is male.
