    TVJ Sports can reporter that Jamaica's former world indoor long jumper bronze medllist Carey McLeod has been banned for two years by the @aiu_athletics for committing three whereabouts rule violations within a 12-month period. His ban will run from May 28, 2026. The AIU says

    As previously reported by @TvjNewscentre Kingston's National Stadium Track will reflect the colours of the national flag 🇯🇲. The resurfacing work which is being done by Rekortan (for U.S$350,000) is expected to be re-certified ahead of Boys & Girls Champs set for March 25-29.

    Jamaica moves upto 2nd in the World Athletics U20 Champs medal table with 12 comprising 5 gold, 4 silver & 3 bronze. Jamaica still have 2 finalists in the boys Discus, 2 in the girls 100mH, 1 in the girls triple jump & both 4x400m on Saturday's last day.
