00:00 - so i accidentally uncovered a trail of horrific grape murder crimes this weekend. if you're in CA, you know these Hobgoblin grapes are all over the grocery right now. i was eating them, thought 'huh these are cute, are they grown nearby?,' googled it, and got WAY too much info.
- talking to elden ring npcs feels like logging on to twitter halfway through some Discourse where i can't find the original tweet everyone's mad about. it's just "of course, thou WOULD believe the ghastlord's bounty hast become a stain upon the land. how typical. unfollowed"
- seeing lots of “just don’t buy blizzard games.” y’all are missing the point. this is an industry problem. going after smaller companies doesn’t make interesting headlines, so you see less of them in the spotlight for discrimination. doesn’t make them any less subject to toxicity.

- i wanna talk about my favorite elden ring/bloodborne encounter design thing because it's so simple but it forms the backbone pattern for like 50% of these games' encounter design. i call it the triple zombie combo. there you are, outside a room. you look & see an enemy inside.
