This year has been weird. Missed making the Olympic marathon team☑️ broken tibia☑️ world shut down☑️ converted mile PR (4:31)☑️ 5000m PR (15:11)☑️ and last night capped off the season with a 10,000m PR (31:07)☑️ 7th fastest ever by an American! Onward...to fast times & races

Anyone who has seen @aliphinetuliamu work over these last few months knows that today is not a surprise! She deserves everything she has coming and I couldn’t be more proud of her, @Steph_Rothstein and the rest of my amazing teammates. We did it guys! #Tokyo2020

One of the best guys I know is fighting hard for his life. He gives all of himself to everyone he meets. Please send him prayers for healing. His beautiful family needs him

16:38 first 5k and 15:24 second 5k (for reference my PR is 15:19) for a close 3rd place in the 10k at the @usatf Track and Field Championships. It may not have been the world standard but I'm still proud of how I raced. On to the next (5000 on Sunday)🏃‍♀️

Well...that was the hardest marathon I've ever done. The legs were a mess and I didn't feel good for most of the race BUT I was able to grind it out to a 4th place 2:26:27 at @RunCzech #PragueMarathon. Nothing glamorous but sometimes you have to be proud of the effort regardless

Sometimes all it takes is an opportunity, a great company ( @HOKAONEONE ) ...team ( @NAZ_Elite ) and family/friends supporting you, to have 'A DAY'. I think I did just that. 2:24:29 for the win at @GrandmasMara and new event record. Thank you all for the support and belief ❤

I just did my first run since the trials! First run in 8wks! First run since January that didn’t hurt! It felt really...weird. Unnatural but at the same time was so incredibly amazing!

Having kids means reheating you’re coffee three times without ever taking it out of the microwave 🤦🏼‍♀️

Stress fx shortened training to 5 weeks. Today was not amazing. It wasn’t a “dream” race. It wasn’t a surprise. It certainly was nowhere near my best. It wasn’t a lot of things but it was the best I had today. I am proud of my effort and my teammates efforts. We’ll be back

Taking in a 1 & 2yr old during a national emergency? Eh why not? The whole world is going crazy but the Taylor household has been crazy for quite some time

A very complex issue but it should be noted that Caster handles herself with far more class than most would in this situation. Nothing but respect for her

My first (only) @bostonmarathon was in 2018 ⛈🥶 My life’s one and only DNF. It took YEARS to get over BUT I’m back and I’ve got something to prove on the streets of Boston! Amazing field! Looking forward to the return
