Yesterday, on the tube, a Muslim woman in a hijab attempted to help an old white lady with a walking stick up. The white lady screamed, “ABSOLUTELY NOT! Especially not from the likes of you!” The Muslim woman quietly shied away. She sat there quietly scrolling through her phone.

I don't know how you can experience such a thing and just go back to living your life as usual. This is what a lot of minorities in the UK have to do on a daily basis. PTSD from racist incidents like this will have you scared to interact with people in your immediate environment.

Applied for a Canadian visa to go see my sister and her baby (whom I am yet to meet) and got denied on the basis that the visa officer isn’t convinced that I, an NHS doctor, will leave Canada if granted entry. All this as the one year anniversary of our mum’s death draws closer.

Dudes need to fight that evil spirit that makes them want to humble women they find attractive or view as being out of their league. If you're intimidated, admire from afar and go about your day. It's low self-esteem that's makes you think you have to dent her confidence somehow.

My younger brother has been reviewing the entire polling unit results for the wards in Obio Akpor on iReV. Baba don open excel spreadsheet on top the matter. He's combed through 47 PUs for ward 1. 21 years old, first time voter. Man isn't taking it lying down. Gen Z >>> .
