The thing that fucked me up about the scene is that Val DIDN'T. TOUCH. ANGEL. Not once.
I fully expected Val to grab him, pull him by the hand... Nothing.
Maybe he doesn’t feel bad FOR Angel, but he does feel bad about THE SITUATION. About the fact he HIMSELF is letting it happen
