    My mate got stabbed by someone we had never met (18 of them 3 of us) and died in my arms. He had a 4 year old son. Carrying a knife should be a mandatory 25 year sentence. Let that shit permeate through the youth and they will cease carrying them #ZeroTolerance #FromToday <

    Today is the anniversary of my ceasing to take Class A drugs- predominantly Heroin. In 11 days, I shall complete the only full decade of my life [bar the first one] where I was not taking Class A’s. To my family and friends: I am overflowing with gratitude. Best decision ever.

    Today is the anniversary of the day I put down #ClassA drugs- specifically heroin. Dont post about it much but I do believe I owe a debt of gratitude so if you or anybody you know is attempting to change their lives then my advice is to keep at it. If I can do it then so can you.
