This is Pizza Hut in Potsdam NY that @andersontobin and I ate at at least 3 times a week from 2000-03 while I was his asst @ClarksonMBB. I took this pic in Dec b4 a game there & sent it to him. Small College b-ball proudly claims him & is rooting with a chip on our shoulder. LG!

My mentor. My closest friend. I have waited 48 hrs to post b/c when your friend hurts, you hurt. So I’ll be short. Another example of our profession being imperfect, but what is perfect is TA’s humility & his ability to get off the mat & fight. @andersontobin thank u for being u.

A quick thank you to all of the families and friends of @OswegoMBball for following us down in Philadelphia this weekend. We are looking forward to the Sweet 16 next weekend. This was a historic weekend for our program that resulted in our school record 27th win. Go Lakers!

Great time with my new friend ⁦@FrankCaliendo⁩ yesterday in ‘Cuse. His show was incredible.This guy is a college hoops junkie and he can evaluate players. He’s got many friends in D1, but I’m his D3 guy. We got him on board with the Lakers. ⁦@OswegoMBball⁩

Winners win. Credit to @FDUKnights for giving this guy a shot. Seems obvious that a guy who has 400 W’s/knows how he wants to play/recruit/is a proven problem solver would be a worthy hire. Yet 2 many find reasons not to hire small college coaches instead of reasons to hire them.
