What's happening with Bandcamp feels a little more insidious than even what the surface level implies. We are seeing the hyper wealthy buy up and break anything that allows for people to distribute, publish, or organize without their direct approval and benefit.

To any musician struggling: Everything takes time. Nothing will happen overnight, progress isn't linear, and it's ok to miss and try again. Don't let a lack of success convince you it'll never come. Most projects take years to catch on even with a team behind them. Don't give up!

Since NFT scams are prob going to be a scourge for a while, instead of continuing to acknowledge them (which feels like a waste of time), I'd like to ask people to please not buy them. Support artists by buying their music/merch. If there's no demand they'll go away *hopefully

Thanks to your support this year we've been able to: -sign 3 new bands -hit over 1M streams on Spotify, -Press 3 albums to vinyl -release 11 albums AND every single band increased their listeners and listens. Thank you all for a great year, it means the world to us all!

Trans rights are human rights. Opposing transphobia is an action, not an opinion. Take action to fight for trans rights in any way you can--protest, call people out when they perpetuate hate, donate to charities, whatever you can. I've included some helpful links below.
