    The Beirut appeals court has rejected requests by Nohad Machnouk, Ghazi Zeaiter, and Ali Hasan Khalil to remove Judge Tarek Bitar from the port blast investigation, allowing his work to resume. The court also fined the politicians LL800,000 each for bringing an arbitrary claim
