1/3 The deprecated LTV Pilot Vault (wstETH/ETH on Aave v3) has been fully deleveraged, and the Deleverage & Withdraw admin flow has been successfully executed.2/3 The vault no longer holds any leveraged positions. All assets are now held purely as collateral (wstETH).3/3 Users can now withdraw their funds at any time directly in the collateral asset: wstETH. - 1/3 The issue with the CAPO risk oracle on Aave v3 has now been resolved. The LTV Protocol Pilot Vault has been successfully unstopped. Operations are back to normal and everything is running smoothly.1/3 LTV Guardian temporarily stopped the LTV Protocol due to an abnormal oracle price affecting wstETH on Aave. More than 10,000 ETH worth of positions were liquidated across several large accounts.

- LTV Pilot Vault: Back to Profit. After the recent borrow rate spike and utilization stress on Aave, the vault has officially returned to daily profitability. Rates normalized. Utilization cooled off. Strategy back in positive yield.
- We have pushed an upgrade to partially recover tokens stolen from one of our users via a phishing attack. All funds are SAFU. The protocol has been fully rolled back to the previous implementation — everything is operating as usual.
