- Watched Dell Curry interview this morning. Seth and Steph started AAU at 9 and he pulled them at 13. Didn’t think it was good. Focused on skills training working with trainers. Then went back to AAU after junior year. I don’t need to type anymore.

00:00 - There are approximately 5607 Men’s D1 basketball players. Only 135 of them are shooting better than 35% from three. Read that again.
- 7 Duke players have transferred. This is a complete mess. Americas basketball system is in shambles. They need to implement the sit out a year transfer rule. That would help a lot of this nonsense. College athletics is like AAU basketball at a different level.
- 17u players…for most of you, today is you last day playing AAU basketball. Your parents have spent thousands, used vacation time, worked in the car and from hotels, been nervous for you, and have had many sleepless nights. Thank them, hug them, tell them you love them.
- I was clowned by other AAU coaches because I’m always on time, I have a practice plan every practice, I run my team like a college team even if they aren’t that. I treat every player the same and demand their best 100% of the time. AAU is supposed to be that level right?
