As @barnes_law argues, it should not be up to the prosecution to decide what evidence is exculpatory. In addition to the conflict of interest, the prosecution doesn't know what strategy the defense will employ; and accordingly is in no position–even if acting honorably–to know

Either they threatened to invoke the 25th Amendment Unconstitutionally, or Biden is unable to carry out his duties and they should invoke it regardless. There is no justification for using the amendment as a tool of blackmail.

The whole concept of "equal pay for equal work" is absurd in the context of sports and entertainment. A small-time musician may work as much and as hard as Paul McCartney. He has no claim on equal pay.
