- Talked to an owner who owns a 15 year old web development agency. His biggest client is grossing $20m/yr as a vendor for airlines. Want to guess what the client does?
- Replying to @girdleyTons of landlocked parcels in US with no public road access. They have almost no value. Many states make it a legal right for every parcel to have road access. Knew someone who bought landlocked props cheap, got court order for access & flipped them at fair market value.
