- I’m sorry. How the hell would you know there’s no evidence that John O’Keefe ever went into 34 Fairview if YOU NEVER INVESTIGATED THE HOUSE AS A POTENTIAL CRIME SCENE?
- Good for Yannetti calling Brennan out for brazenly misrepresenting case law (yet again) to the Court. This is abhorrent behavior for a lawyer. The duty of candor to the Court is a core ethical obligation. I have zero respect for Brennan. Zero. #FreeKarenRead
- I’m sorry, as a practicing lawyer, Hank’s questioning of Dr. Wolfe is like watching an attorney who doesn’t understand how engaging experts works. This is like watching a law student trying to flex in a mock trial.
