- LHP Cade Obermueller (Iowa, 2024 elig.) is simply electric. FB is mid 90s, T 97 here from the left side. Slider is nasty as well with high spin. One of the more intriguing arms I’ve seen on the Cape.
00:00 - Ben Williamson (William and Mary, 2023 elig.) is the hottest hitter in Cape Cod right now. Currently 10 for 20 with four doubles and only two strikeouts. Can also play all over the diamond defensively. He’s playing himself into early day 2 conversation.
00:00 - RHP Dennis Colleran (Northeastern, 2024 elig.) is another electric arm out of the Hyannis pen. Up to 98 in his first outing with a tight gyro slider. Has looked great since returning from Tommy John.
00:00 - C Caden Bodine (Coastal Carolina, 2025 elig.) had himself a day, going 4-4 with a walk when I saw him. Good pure hitter with good contact rates. Was a Freshman All-American this year.
00:00 - RHP Ernie Day (Campbell, 2023 elig.) is a riser to watch in this year’s draft. Up to 96 MPH here with significantly improved control compared to his school season. I think he could go on day 2.
00:00 - C/1B Derek Bender (Coastal Carolina, 2024 elig.) has been on a tear to start the CCBL season. Currently has 17 hits in 30 at bats with a ton of hard contact. Arrow up guy going into next year.
00:00 - MIF Jonathan Vastine (Vanderbilt, 2024 elig.) has been a rock at shortstop all season for Bourne. Incredibly smooth defensively with a bat that has taken strides forward this summer. Ripped a triple on the last day of the regular season here.

- SS Seaver King (Wake Forest, 2024 elig.) singles up the middle for Harwich here. The athletic D2 transfer slashed a ridiculous .424/.479/.542 in 16 games on the Cape. He’s a player to watch closely for the 2024 draft cycle.
00:00 - OF Nick McLain (Arizona State, 2024 elig.) gets into one. Currently having a breakout Cape season, slashing .351/.435/.622 with 3 home runs after missing the first portion of the college season with an injury. Brothers Matt and Sean both currently play professionally.
00:00 - C/CIF Chase Fralick (Auburn commit, 2024 elig.) rips a double here. Good bat speed with big power from the prep. Touched 90 MPH on the mound earlier in the day as well.
00:00 - OF Michael Mullinax (Georgia commit, 2024 elig.) with a couple hard outs here. Swing is much quieter this spring than last summer. Good defender with great speed as well.
