    Moves like these… give you stats like these: - Hitters saw an 80% increase in Home Run Rate - Players spent 15x fewer days on the Injured List - Pitchers lowered their ERA by 0.63 - 100% of hitters increased their HR Rate period - 69% of pitchers increased their K/9 rate

    The ability to rotate efficiently and powerfully VERY much depends on the position of the ribcage. If ribs are flared, compression likely exists in the spine… compression ≠ smooth rotation. Compression = sh!t all jammed up. When sh!t’s jammed up, it ain’t flow in’ nicely,
