    File an immediate claim in Conciliation Court. When you win it transfer your judgement to District Court. Until your back rents are paid in full your tenants can’t finance a car, a house, credit card or anything else 😁

    I don't recall seeing you take issue when Bill Clinton commuted the 58yr prison sentence of current BLM Board of Directors Fundraiser, Susan Rosenberg who was convicted for 1983 bombing of the U.S. Capitol Building, U.S. Naval War College and the NY Patrolmen's Benevolent Assoc.
