    Hi there, we are no longer with the Post Office so we would not be able to offer information relating to their accounts. You'll be pleased to know that we’re lowering the minimum investment from £100 to £25 for Premium Bonds by the end of March this year. Jason

    If you’re using an Android device, you may need to clear the cache associated with the Prize checker app. This guide works for most devices: 1.Tap on ‘Settings’ 2. Tap on ‘Apps’ 3. Tap on Prize checker app 4. On the app’s App Info screen, tap ‘Storage’ 5. Tap on 'Clear Cache'
