Went to The Ivy restaurant in London’s Soho area today and realised that it’s on the exact spot where I was stabbed in 1975. Happy memories :)

- Not exactly the happiest of times at the moment sadly but it’s still my birthday, so happy birthday to me 🥳

- Gemma was in hospital again this evening with another runaway heartbeat. This one reached 226. Amazing team at Worthing A&E who couldn’t have been more caring. Very grateful to everyone there. Gemma is okay now but the stress she’s under is enormous. Hope it doesn’t happen again.
