as a person that actually works with kids (and I do work with children outside of elementary school) yes it is a cause of major concern for young teen girls to believe they need a MUA for anything other than prom/homecoming, etc. And I’ll give a small explanation as to why

Many of yall are not paying attention to the affects social media has been having on teenagers confidence and insecurity levels. There are literal studies about it and the harm outside of cyber-bullying that this has. Kids are increasingly self-conscious, depressed, and suicidal+
