- Im honestly scared and numb my dad had a heart attack yesterday and was rushed to the Hospital, he’s in the Cardiac ICU undergoing a barrage of tests. He’s always been the pillar of my world, if you could spare a prayer 🙏 I’d be very thankful 🥲
- I have always wore my heart on my sleeve with my friends. My moms in rough shape and she’s been admitted to hospital and it’s not looking good. If you could toss a 🙏 our way, I’d appreciate it very much. It’s humbling to realize I can reach out when I’m hurting and feeling lost.
- A few weeks after my sons 21st bday we received devastating news that they found a spot on his Kidney, I felt helpless, didn’t sleep last few weeks, scared beyond words, today by the Grace of God we learned everything is going to be ok my message to you PLEASE GIVE YOUR KID A HUG
- My dads surgery went well, he is recovering, although deeply personal I want to share this with you, humanity compassion, love and kindness here is a glimpse at the man I call “dad”
- I am devastated to announce that my guiding light throughout my childhood and the person who was always there for me has passed away this afternoon. I love you mom and the only solace I take is no more suffering, until we meet again your loving son.
- What words do you use as a father when your Police Officer son is working today and a Police Officer from his Service is shot and killed. I don’t know if I can explain my emotions. When he walks in through the door tonight I will comfort him and let know how much he’s loved ♥️👮♂️
- Emotional day as my son graduates and is deployed to the ranks of the Toronto Police Service. He is a Police Constable who is assigned to a downtown Division. It has been an incredible journey. Obviously emotions are high with recent events. A prayer for our son ❤️@TPAca

- Saw Specialist today who believes not Bells Palsy or a stroke but a severe infection that can be treated by medication. Started my first course of meds today. Your thoughts and all well wishes are heart warming and have helped such a great deal. I’ll keep u posted. ❤️ 🤞 🙏
- Two days ago was the scariest day of my life. I wake up with my face basically paralyzed on the right side. ER visit to find out I may have Bell’s Palsy but docs still have to rule out stroke. Face is non responsive on the rt side. Awaiting more tests and MRI. 🤦🏻♂️🙏🥲rough go atm.
- Team meetings, practices,roadies, dryland training, billets, balancing schedules, school work, stats, performance expectations, media, community events,the life of a hockey athlete.Every once in a while STOP take a breath,SMILE realize how blessed you are,The journey begins !!
