my grandma passed away today. she was silly, funny, and didn’t take any bullshit from anyone. just like a typical Hispanic grandma. I know that my dad welcomed her with open arms, at least I know they have each other. she is no longer suffering. te voy a extrañar mucho, mamí 💔

I wasn’t going to share bc I know people might make fun of me. But I’ve had a real and genuine fear of driving for most of my life. I've taken classes for the last two weeks, and on Monday, I’m finally taking the test to get my license. I guess I am saying all of this to say +

Also, to clear some stuff up, I’ve taken lessons before (I’ve had my permit three times, lol), but I never got to the test. It’s also in two weeks because I need a license for my job, and they allowed me to have a month and a bit off to go get it.

Today, the man that I was lucky enough to call my father sadly but peacefully passed away. I don’t really have words to explain how I’m feeling. It’s truly just a shock and such grief, so instead I’ve decided that I will tell you about my dad.
