One word - GRIT - GRIT - and more GRIT! The @wdp_football beats BayPort 45-43 on a last second 48 yard FG by Brandon Schaeffer to win thr FRCC title 45-43! 1st loss for the Pirates at home in 15 yrs! Phantoms the champs! Just an incredible FB game one of the best I’ve ever seen!

Brandon Schaefer’s 49-yd game winning kick for @wdp_football to beat Bay Port & clinch the FRCC title! I covered TV sports for stations inTexas, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin from 1994-2009 I NEVER saw a HS kid kick a FG that far for that much at stake to win a game! Legend!
