    WE QUALIFIED FOR THE OLYMPICS!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 Through to the final at the World Relays at 18.20 tomorrow evening! It took the full team of athletes and individual coaches to get here, led all the way by Drew Harrison & David McCarthy! We made it ☘️🔥

    4th in a EUROPEAN FINAL🥳🥳So close to the medal...but I’m buzzing🙌🏻I said I would go out and die fighting and that’s what I did...and to come away with a PB of 51.94 after 3 rounds I couldn’t be happier!Thank you to everybody for the support!🤴🏻Coach @mcwexford delivers yet again

    OLYMPIC FINALISTS!!!!!🥳🤩🤩🤩🥳🥳🥳 Automatic qualification and smashing the national record by 4 seconds!!! Tomorrow the final is at 1.35pm Irish time 🤩☘️🙌🏻 Succeeding as a team of 6, with 2 great team mates on stand by playing a massive role at all times.

    4th IN THE OLYMPIC FINAL🥲💔 Bittersweet and agonisingly close to a medal, but a performance we will forever be proud of💚 We shattered the national record for the 3rd time this year, with 3.19.90…A time quick enough to win a silver medal in every Olympic final apart from 1988

    8th in the OLYMPIC FINAL 🤩🤩 Words can’t describe the feelings experienced in the last two days!The 1st Irish relay team to make an Olympic final!🙌🏻My Focus now moves to my individual campaign. First up is the 200m on Monday(from 2.30am Irish time🙈)before the 400m on Tuesday 😊

    Unfortunately I’ve decided to end my season a little earlier than planned. I need to give my body the best chance of recovering as we go into a big year, ahead of another Olympic Games Another honest and transparent explanation on where things have been for the last few months❤️‍🩹

    Unfortunately I have withdrawn from competing individually over 400m at the European Indoors next week. Disappointing but thats how it rolls. A little honest explanation for those wondering why I had not raced throughout the indoor season like usual 🫶🏻

    All smiles as I end my individual campaign at European Champs A busy week with the 100m & 200m.2x Semi-Finals,4th in 200m semi final and 11th overall Focus now moves to the 4x100m relay. Looking forward to running the second leg with the girls on Sunday at 18.30 Irish time ☘️

    Thrilled to break the @irishathletics National Record tonight In Dublin with 11.28 🤣🤣 Topped off with a 400m outdoor pb of 52.63, straight after. Onto @atleticageneve this weekend. All thanks to the man with the plan, Coach @mcwexford 🤴🏽
