#5albumsSF4 TALK TALK Almost unclassifiable, it's impossible even to describe it to somebody and do it justice. There are certainly people who don't fully understand it. This is one of the most beautiful albums whose ability to touch your soul and drive emotion. Timeless.

This fabulous album was released on this day in 1986. Referred to as a 'bridge' between their earlier pop songs and their later post-rock, there are signposts on here towards both. It elevated the band and gave them some big hits, particularly with 'Life's What You Make It'.
