Tracking ur menstrual cycle is important for planning your exercise / work outs, understanding how you feel, making sure u aren’t having any hormonal issues, etc. women run on a 30 day cycle while men run on a 24 hr one, so maybe that’s why it’s so hard for them to comprehend? 🤷🏼♀️
