Absolutely right, @LordAshcroft. I helped found the APPG on Endangered Species and campaigned for the UK’s Ivory Act. I’ve seen how law and enforcement can shift behaviour. South Africa must end captive-lion breeding and the bone trade, not roll it back. #EndWildlifeCrime

I was so sorry to read this, @Andrew__Kennedy. My elderly father had a very similar experience in Chineham @Tesco last year. When I had my first job – in retail – my colleagues and I wouldn’t have dreamt of treating law-abiding customers in this way.

Hi @Tesco On Good Friday I experienced the most awful and humiliating experience in your Hurst Park (Surrey) store. I popped in to pick up groceries on my way to visit friends. I used “scan as you go” as I always do, and paid £75.92 for my groceries, using my Apple Pay.
