Because Zelenskyy reneged on the agreement. Not sure how you missed that part? One thing you didn’t see was the weeks Rubio spent getting the details worked out while Zelenskyy changed the terms (security guarantee) on live tv. I’d be pissed too. Zelenskyy has no negotiating
