7 years ago today I got bloodwork showing a huge jump in #LDL #Cholesterol after adopting a #keto diet. Out of fear and curiosity I began a series of experiments which convinced me there was a whole lot more to the story. Now 4 papers, 26 presentations, & 1 big study later…1/3

Found some older photos and was surprised at how early I was gaining weight. I just simply didn't know what was happening. I thought it was just normal "filling out" like all my friends entering their 30s. Now I weigh what I did in my early 20s. #ThankYouLowCarb
