The lack of respect Division 3 basketball receives is comical. I’ve coached on the men’s side and you have to be a DUDE to be able to play at that level! Yet I hear so many HS players and coaches brush off D3 like it’s nothing.
What you could accomplish if you dedicated 10 min a day to one specific thing? Take ball handling for example. 10 min a day for an entire month. That’s 300 minutes. 5 hours.
Think about it. 5 hours of ball handling could change your game.
When you catch the ball with your inside hand, drop it straight into your dribble. It’s quicker and more efficient than ripping it across your body. Speed kills.
Here is a very simple read when getting into your attack.

If you get your foot outside of your defender, then attack. If your defender beats your foot, drive opposite.
