    52 here, and I can seriously deny both increments in both stages. Find your most athletic version with fascia training, functional training, and purpose-driven heavy lifting (for me that’s strongman) and you too can avoid most common “I’m getting older” ailments.

    Just a random example of why you really shouldn't want to use certain plugins. Anything above 500ms is really bad for performance, but you really want to be much much lower. So, three bad ones like this equals a bad performing WordPress site.

    1/12 With 60K+ plugins available, WordPress pretty much allows you to add any functionality you like. Versatile, but not smart to do just anything in WordPress. Here's 2 things you should never (want) to do in WordPress. 🧶

    We found a site site with 246 installed WordPress plugins. It’s the highest I’ve seen, but surely this is not actually a record. What the most installed plugins you’ve seen?
