    RCMP created media exclusion zones during their raid and arrests of the Savage Patch camp protecting old growth forest this morn, which they’re not supposed to be doing. Pardon my language during these exchanges. I did inform them of my rights as a journalist when they threatened

    Our journalists have spotted numerous "thin blue line" patches on the uniforms of the RCMP officers enforcing the injunction at Caycuse and area. But the RCMP has a policy banning the wearing of this symbol. So how come their officers are wearing it? We've asked the force.

    BREAKING: #FairyCreek injunction struck down by Justice Thompson of B.C. Supreme Court. The court found criminal law could be used on blockades, and that the RCMP’s method of enforcing the injunction violated civil liberties and press freedom and brought the court into disrepute.

    BREAKING: Justice Thompson of the B.C. Supreme Court has approved a full hearing for those arrested at #FairyCreek seeking a stay of all charges due to abuse of process by the RCMP. This means there will be a full hearing to determine whether charges should be stayed.
