It takes 60 votes in the senate to pass a bill.

So- it will take 7 D’s to acknowledge that American citizens don’t want to pay for illegal alien’s free healthcare.

The House has adopted this concurrent resolution at the beginning of every Congress since the 108th; only once (in the 108th) has the Senate agreed to it, yet the House tries in each Congress anyway. I like the optimism!
