I've been preaching this for many months if not years ... ..Sask & Alberta were created BY the Parliament of Canada ...from territory owned by the "Crown in the Right of Canada" ..and therefore can't be separated

Well Well .... Moody's reaffirms Canada's AAA rating .. supports Liberal Gov't's fiscal policy .... OH.... and the tripling of the volume through TMX has displaced large quantities of middle east oil normally delivered to the west coast of the US ..... Damn Liberals eh ..??
