- 1/ Moving fast is conventional wisdom in Silicon Valley. Many founders feel pressure when starting a company to get to an MVP, customers, and a seed round as quickly as possible. This is often a mistake. That's why we started the Founder Fellowship.

- If you are familiar with startups, -1 to 0 probably brings to mind 0 to 1. That’s intentional. Placing these numbers on the same line makes it clear that they bound distinct stages of the same effort. To successfully go from 0 to 1, you should invest more into -1 to 0. 🧵
