    It is worse than a horror movie. Our lead @MedGlobalOrg Pediatrician, Dr. Hussam Abu Safyia is now working alone in the intensive care unit at Kamal Edwan hospital in northern #Gaza. He is unable to leave the kids on life support alone despite the orders of evacuation

    So the mass grave in this report is the largest in the world. Just to put things into perspective - Assad’s mass grave in the Husayniyya district near Damascus 100,000-150,000 bodies - Nuremberg mass grave, Germany 1000 Skeltons - Srebrenica mass gave, Bosnia, 8,000 bodies

    Today is the end of 54 years of the reign of Assad family in Syria. This is the only regime I knew all of my life. It ruined my homeland. Most of us have been dreaming of this day and thought that it will never happen in our lifetimes. It is happening. Hallelujah! God is great.

    It is surreal to be in Damascus after 14 years of absence and war. The road to Damascus from the Lebanese border was smooth, fast, safe, and non-climactic. There are still some old flags and pictures of Assad that were not taken out yet. Apparently, they are not a priority. The
