- toronto people like to make fun of brampton and the suburbs but brampton to me is my mom working 12 hour shifts at factories along with thousands of working class people working hard so you can have avocado toast (majority of your bread comes from brampton)in 2006 i was hopping on the brampton transit 11 bus at 7 am i remember seeing the bus packed with sikh elders holding their lunch bags as they headed to factory shift jobs made me think alot about work, family and age alot…
